5 ingredients to success!!!!

5 ingredients to success:
1) Curiosity
... by being able to ask questions, being interested in something, or just to explore.. And i find that teachers that spark that curiosity are often time to be successful teachers
2)Play
...Children need to have fun and to enjoy learning and exploring ideas and concepts.
3)Passion
..The teachers who showed that they had passion for what they were teaching were always my favorite teachers. Also if student have passion for a certain topic, then teachers should help them expand on that!
4)Community
... Students who have a network to help support and guide them- whether it is their teachers, family, extended family, or neighborhood friends. Will continue to help them grow as learners and help them experience the world around them. As a teacher, help them to create their own sense of community and show them resources that are available to them.
5)Respect and Trust
..I think that it's important for the teacher and student to have a mutual respect for one another. I also think that it's important for teachers to create a safe space where a student's values, ideas, and things they share with classmates or in the class are appreciated and valued.

I believe children need nuturing, understanding, a sense of belonging, and a safe space to create and explore.
I think teachers should provide support, understanding, guidance, and resources to encourage and promote learning.
I believe schools should provide a safe enviornment and a place where quality teachers can explore with the students and guide them to become engaged learners!
