What do I believe?

This is Great stuff all! It is wonderful to look at the different ideas of everyone. We can see we each have different kinds of ideas and beliefs, but i think we can all respect one another and embrace the differences we all share.

In my classroom I value each students unique ideas. By sharing ideas in the classroom (allot like our graduate program now) we get the chance to see a different perspective on things. I will always do my best to take into consideration each students thoughts and ideas. Every person
interprets things different, and i want my children to realize this. if they learn to listen and respect each others ideas, it will make our classroom environment so wonderful.

I believe a classroom needs allot of life. By this i do not just mean the students and teacher, I mean plants, or if possible a small animal. Students will enjoy coming to the classroom more if they can see things they can relate to from the outside world. It might be a small plant, or a hamster, or it might be pictures of different places around the world. Our students will spend
most of their day inside the school, so I want them to always be aware they are not so far from the outside world.

I believe teacher can be a great influence on a students life. As teachers we must always remember that we are not just instructors to these children. we are people whom they look up
to. we should always keep in mind that our actions will have an impact on a child. we must always do our best to be positive roll models for these children. This of course does not mean
we must always be strict, and cant have any fun, we just always have to be mindful of what we say and do.
