It feels great to share....

As many of you stated, thank you for sharing who you are and where you come from. I imagined it to be so easy for children to come to school, open up and find it easy to express themselves. Realizing we have secrets, lost memories and stories we've purposely forgotten, I have been naive realizing how difficult it may actually be. Rather than thinking of all the good things right away, I notice the more emotional memories seem to take over when you're asked to discuss who you are.

I am from pumpkin, sweetie, MEGAN MARIE!
I am from being the oldest to feeling like the youngest
I am from divorce, alcohol, neglect, canned food, bbq's, and I'm hungry
I am from tree forts, lost in the woods, poison oak and snakes.
I am from my little ponies, unicorns, dirty hands, fluffy pets, scaly insects
I am from communication to confrontation, having nothing, gaining something
I am from supportive friends, and broken friendships.
I am from rock concerts, tape decks to mps 3's
I am from enjoying music to hating silence
I am from supportive, giving and unwilling.
I am from road trips, camping trips, exploring emotions.
I am from disaster, rebuilding, learning and hopeful.
I am from loving, happy, dysfunctional, are you serious?
I am from loving, caring, supportive confused people.
I am from discovering myself, taking on adventures, creating memories, finding happiness among my experiences, and finding the one who makes me blissful.
